* Accuracy: code: 01 range: 0-10kpa, accuracy: 0.5%FS only. Higher 10Kpa, accuracy can be0.2%FS, 0.1%FS

* Low Pressure range: 0-100Kpa, High pressure range: 40Mpa to 100Mpa
